A novel about love, friendship -
& delivering papers.
Proof that high quality fiction is being published within Wales...It is a triumph of careful and sensitive writing.
Mario Basini, The Western Mail
Despite imperfections this is a brave work, hovering occasionally on the edge of brilliance.
Glenda Beagan, Planet
It has integrity. The anger, outrage, frustration is finely honed and does not tip over into diatribe or cynicism. The simplicity of the prose is deceptive, its effect admirable. A well-crafted novel that manages to be uplifting.
Scrawl
A remarkable novel...wry and understated but charged with a muted lyricism.
Cambrensis
The book was very moving but also extremely witty. I laughed out loud at the discussions that took place in some of the meetings. It made a fairly grim train journey to London a lot more pleasurable.
Julian Hallet.
