Hana, which is published by Parthian next month, has received its first review, and it's a positive one!
Gemma Pearson, reviewing for Wales Arts Review, describes the award-winning novel, translated from Czech by Julia and Peter Sherwood, as "a moving and absorbing story about intergenerational suffering."
She concludes: "Hana is an important and impactful novel that reminds us that no society is ever immune from the plague of complicity."
